PEEL ZONE™ LAUNCHES

Launched in August 2018, PEEL Zone™ is an online platform which enables schools and other organisations to run their own PEEL project. For the first time, students will be able to upload and share their poetry and photography in a protected gallery section. On a mobile phone, specially developed technology allows the work to be seen as if it were a lenticular print; alternating between photograph and poem depending on the angle of view.

The innovative application also uses the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing Scale (WEMWBS) questionnaire to enable students to share anonymously the effect the project has had on the way they feel.

PEEL Zone™ had an initial trial during this year’s July PEEL workshop, which has captured some beautiful and inspiring work.
